Hiking around Victoria, British Columbia: Goldstream

Goldstream is possibly the most popular area around Victoria for hiking. The longest hike you can do there takes you through the Western side of the park all the way to a trestle bridge, down to the highway, up to Mt Finlayson and back to a bus stop. That’s the loop that I’ll be describing in this article.

The Polish–Czech Friendship Trail crosses Krkonoše, the highest mountain range of Czechia, from its east to west. It’s one of the core Czech hikes and it’s been dragging my attention for a while. Finally I got a chance to hike it, yeah!
